Product Description
Features:

Application:
This white glue is widely used in wooden furniture, decoration, printing, textile, leather, paper, frame coating, plywood manufacture, Printing and binding, leather processing, labels fixed, and other industries.
It has higher initial viscosity, and has strong cohesive force on porous materials such as wood, paper, cloth, leather and ceramics.

Wood moisture content should be controlled in 8-15%, too high or too low will affect the bonding quality.Base material surface processing, remove oil, dirt and other impurities. Bonding surface must be fully contact.White latex coating should be uniform in moderation.It can be cured in room temperature or heating, the highest temperature should not exceed 120ºC.Evenly pressurized over 1.5 hours, and the pressure must be enough, it is best to process after the pressure relief for 24 hours.
Attention:
Adhesive operating temperature should be higher than 7 degrees; Bonding layer strength decreased if temperature is more than 95degrees.If necessary, some white glue can be diluted with water, but temperature must be more than 30 degrees.White latex don't pour into the river or sewage, it will cause pollution or sewer blocked, the residues after use, Fixed position storage after use, with solid waste disposal after being dry.It can be two-component mixture product when mixed with other hydrophobic resin , to improve the bonding strength, water resistance and heat resistance, shorten the curing time.
Storage:
Stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated environment. Well sealing, shelf life can be more than 12 months, Transportation should be careful, prevent inversion, extrusion and exposure.
