Product Description
Features:
(1) White latex can curing in room temperature, fast curing.
(2) High bonding strength, adhesive layer has good toughness and durability.
(3) Based on the water as dispersing agent, safety used, non-toxic, non-flammable, convenient cleaning.
(4) Can also be modified phenolic resin, urea formaldehyde resin adhesive agent.
(5) Glue emulsion stability, shelf life can reach more one year.
Application
1. Clean the surface of the substrates, should be no grease or rust corrosion.
2. In order to insure the bonding strength, the adhesive should be coating uniformly on the surface of the substrates.
3. The adhesive can be scraped with brush or plastic scraper.
4. Pay attention to the adhesive spreading speed. It requires fast operations in the summer time.
Do not operate the press machine after the adhesive tack free.
5. The adhesive can be processed with cold or hot forming. If processed with cold forming, it takes at least 4-5h. and if processed with hot forming, it takes 20-30mins (recommended temperature is 70-80ºC).
6. The adhesive dosage varies with substrates, normally 100-200g/M2.
